Farewell, Dear Kitty..

Hari detink with ene today. We were so excited to see each other today (despite my kitty's sick :( ). Sebab we've not seeing each other for like two weeks, okay! Lama tuu.. Rindu sangat. Sangat-sangat. Tapi best. Sebab bila jumpa, there're so many thing to be talked about and rasa satu hari tu macam tak cukup je. Warning: this entry would be one hell of an entry.

ene picked me up around 1.00pm. I told ene I didn't have my car with me since abah needed to use it to go run some errands. So, ene came and pick me up (pancing-pancing him the night before saying, I'm gonna take the tren to KL if we were to go to KL area. He said he'll pick me up. Gatai mung :p). I was so excited to see ene pull off in front of my house. Walaupun dalam hati ada sikit tersentak-sentak bila teringat pasal Maximus. The vet said he'll be calling me around petang-petang to give me an update about Maximus. I really hope he'll be calling me to give me good news, even though I know that will be a miracle if it happens.. I really pray hard for you, dear kitty.. :(

We reached Sunway Pyramid around 2.00pm. Penat gila cari parking. Went to McD sebab ene hadn't had anything for lunch yet. He had double chicken prosperity burger. And I had strawberry sunday. Haishh iLa. Tengah sedap-sedap makan eskrem, my phone rang. It was the vet. Mula laa jantung aku macam nak pecah. I reluctantly picked up the call.

Me: Hello?

Vet: Hello, Zila Zainal?

Me: Ye, saya. (Menjawab dengan penuh debaran).

Vet: I'm calling from Pusat Veterinar Puncak Jalil. Your cat, Maximus.. (there was a pause there, not a good sign) he just died 2-3 minutes ago..

Me: Ooo.. (pause juga) okayy.. I takde kat rumah right now, I'll send somebody to pick him up laa.. (Mixed feelings now).

Vet: Okay.. I'm so sorry ya..

Me: It's okay. We already know this is coming.. Thanks ya..

Vet: Okay, bye.

Me: Bye..

Told ene about it. We had a moment of silence. Then I cried. ene tried to comfort me and try to change topics so that I won't cry as much. One thing he said that put my mind at ease, 'All cats go to heaven'. Thanks, Sayang. At least, he wouldn't suffer living in this cruel world.

Called abang mintak tolong dia pick up Maximus at the clinic. Luckily abang ada at home. Kalau tak, tak tau la siapa nak amik that poor kitty. Thanks, Abang. Told abang to pay first, wrapped Maximus in a paper then simpan for a while until I got home. Nasib baik abang tak marah he had to do those things. An hour after that, he mms me a picture. Maximus. He buried my Maximus. Abang, you've saved me from being drenched with tears again. Thank you. Maximus, I seriously will miss you. So much. No more panjat-panjat grill dapur. No more meowing at my feet. No more panjat tingkap depan to get in. No more dengar mama marah-marah about him. No more Maximus.. Rip kitty. I will remember you till the end..

After that, we went jalan-jalan pusing-pusing looking for our barang hantaran as usual. Barang aku tinggal kasut je. So, memang aku cari kedai kasut je laa. Went to Charles and Keith and Aldo. Both kedais got nice stilettos yang sesuai untuk di letak atas dulang. But I decided to wait. Banyak lagi masa. After all, it's just kasut. Kasut senang nak cari. Sambil-sambil tu, we went looking for ene things. Barang dia banyak lagi tak cover. Kasut takde lagi, wallet takde lagi, Belt takde lagi. Tatau laa tu, bila lagi nak beli. Semuanya tak berkenan di hati. Haihh.. Sayang.. Sayang.. Sabar je laa.

Dah penat pusing satu Pyramid, we then went for coffee at Starbucks. I had Caramel Ice Blended and ene had the new Valencia Machiato. Not so good. Macam rasa green tea pulak sikit. A lot of thing we discussed while having our coffee. Too much input in a day. Pening. Will update tomorrow ya. Kang panjang-panjang sangat takde siapa pulak nak baca.

We sat there about two hours then we head to the Crispy Popiah stall to have some snack. Nak early dinner tapi still feeling full. So, snacking aje laa. Thought of ordering two rolls of the normal crispy popiah, then the girl asked if we wanted to try the new egg roll. Boleh laa.. So we had one normal roll and another one is the new egg roll.

The egg roll is the one which has got the sauce on top of it. It is somekind of sambal petis with udang kering. Sedap gila. Will go and get some more next week. We bought a bottle of mineral water there and altogether is RM8.

We decided to go home after that. Tiba-tiba nak bayar parking, ticket unreadable laa pulak.. haihh. Went to some few more autopay machine pun still takleh. Last-last, ene went to the carpark help desk counter. Settled.

Reached home around 8.00pm. Sampai kat area rumah je terus rasa sedih balik. Teringat kat Maximus. Haih. I can never forget you, dear. Writing this entry pun really makes me sad. Anyhow, aku betul-betul rasa ralat kenapa aku tak bawak dia awal-awal lagi pergi clinic. Oh well.. tak guna pun menyesal kan.. Apa-apa aku rasa happy sebab dapat mandikan dia a day before dia pergi. Takpelaa.. I still got two more that I can save. I really hope Cleopatra and Leonardo boleh tahan until this weekend.Jangan sedih-sedih, iLa. You have more things to settle for your wedding, right? After all, all cats go to heaven. Rest in peace my dear friend. Nothing can hurt you anymore, kitty. Love always..

Stay Strong, Dear Maximus..

Just got back from the vet. Haihh.. Bangun-bangun pagi tadi, as usual, jengah kat luar looking for my three anak-anak, Maximus, Leonardo and Cleopatra. Semua tengah melepak ketiduran. Bukak je pintu, as usual, semua nak menerpa masuk. Except for Maximus. Yang lain semua dah masuk, he just sat there silently. This is not a good sign. What happened to you, deary?

Lepas bagi makan Leo and Cleo, went back to Max to check on him. He was so lembik. Sitting in a position which sick cats always sit. Tangan kaki semua simpan ke dalam. Oh what's wrong with you, deary? Risaunya..

I decided to bring him to the vet. Dah lama sebenarnya niat nak bawak all of them to the vet to treat their kutus and kuraps. Tapi, asyik delay je. Mama always reminded me to bring them sebab it was actually my nazar to bring them all after I've got my bonus. Oh Max, I hope I'm still not too late.

Kereta takde, abah drove my car to run some errands. So, I asked abang to send me there. Nasib baik abang ada. Thanks, abang. I wrapped Max with a small face towel, then got him in the car. Sampai kat vet, his condition still the same. Very weak. Meowing sometimes. When I put him on the stainless steel table, he crawled slowly on the towel. Sejuk agaknya. So I put him in the towel then wrapped him up. Waited and waited. Lambat pulak vet nih. Max is waiting ni, cepat laa vet. I felt like crying looking at him. He is so quiet unlike the usual, he was the noisiest, the naughtiest of all. After I wrapped him up, he crawled closely next to me. Looking at me, then meowed. Oh this really breaks my heart.. :(

So, the vet came and checked him out. And found out got is having jaundice. Ohh.. I felt like crying. I know jaundice, when the condition is like this, it is a dead end. I just know. The doctor wanted to keep him here. Keep on eye on him. I thought it's better that way. At least, there is a place for him to get treatment. Simpan kat rumah pun, takde siapa nak jaga dia. I'm going out with ene in a while and Max is not supposed to mix with his other siblings in a condition like this.

So the vet put a drip on him since he's too skinny and tak nak makan. Then jap him vitamin B Complex. Then put a warm water bag under his towel. He doesn't have fever, he's got hypothermia which is worse because max body temperature colder than the usual. That explained the crawling on the towel just now.

When the doctor gave him the japs, he didn't budge that much. And at this moment of time, I know what is coming already. It's just that I felt so bad for not bringing him earlier to the vet, I just asked the doctor to proceed for any treatment needed at any costs. Padahal niat dah lama ada nak bawak these little guys. Sheesh.. Max. I'm so sorry boy..

The doctor speaking frankly to me as well when I asked the percentage to recover. And I accept it. I know Max's not doing well, but I still pray hard for him. So, I left him at the vet as per advised. The vet said he will call late in the evening to update me about Max condition.

On my way back home, I cried. Menyesal sangat why I didn't bring him earlier. Oh well, menyesal dahulu pendapatan kan.. I really hope Leo and Cleo boleh bertahan until next weekend. Looks like they are healthy. Vet tutup petang so there's no way aku sempat nak bawak diorang pergi vet. They really have to wait until next weekend. Bertahan ye..

Need to go now.. ene is coming in an hour. Pray for my Maximus, guys..

Engagement Update: Merisik (The Date!)

As I was told, ene needs me to find a suitable date somewhere in March for his family to come for merisik. So, I started digging out my calendar to see if there was any slot available. There are five weekends in March. And boy.. I didn't know I'm gonna be that busy in March.

The first weekend:

03/03/12 Saturday:

- Ada Festival Pengantin Malaysia 2012 kat Jusco Aeon AU2, Setiawangsa. Takut dorang ajak pergi tengok-tengok (mimpi laa).

- Memang tak boleh. Need to run around to settle the furniture thingy. And to make sure they'll be sent to my house before anything.

Both days: Abang and Effa won't be here as they'll be in Langkawi for second honeymoon. They need to be here. Need abang to tolong kemas-kemas rumah and helping out some carpenting stuff. Effa needs to tolong masak-masak sebelum ene's family arrive.

Kena pikir nih nak masak apa bila diorang datang. Pening kepala nak amik hati bakal mak mertua. Haihh..

Original Bootcamp: 2nd Session (I Feel Good!)

Susahnya takde kereta.. Dah laa aku banyak activities after work. Haihh.. sabar je laa.. Went to my 2nd session of bootcamp today. Malas gila sebenarnya. Kalau takde Ajis pushing me to go, memang aku tak pergi laa.. Serius malas. But then, I feel so lucky to have a friend like him. Fitness freak. Dia banyak push aku. Kalau tak, mesti rasa tension sebab dah banyak makan tapi tak workout. Thanks, Ajis. :)

Weather was nice today. Tak hujan. But the field was a bit moist. Better than wet laa, kan? Layankan aje. We did the usual push-ups, squats, running and monre other painful things. But to my surprise, I think I've improved a lot. I can take the pain longer than last week. I don't really get mad at myself because of the pain. I think.. I love the feel of pain. It gives the feeling of "Padan muka kau, lemak!"

We were done at 7.30pm and here comes the worst pain. Had to tumpang Ajis to Salak Tinggi ERL station. Before that, kena tunggu dia kat Mydin laa nak beli barang. Then, singgah isi minyak laa.. Haihh.. dengan peluh-peluh dan busuk-busuk ni.. adeh laa. Then, Faizul and I got the train on time. Sampai kat sampai it said train will be arriving in two minutes. Bought the ticket (RM3 je!). Berlari laa kami ke platform. Nasib baik sempat. Got a seat, terus duduk lalu terus bukak magazine Pesona Pengantin I just bought at the kedai mamak near Mydin. The ride took about seven minutes je. Kejap gila.

Sampai kat Putrajaya station, texted Abah. Battery pulak low. Sabar je laa. Then asked Abah to find the entrance. Sudahnya Abah tersasar sampai masuk Kajang. Aduhh.. menunggu laa lagi. Luckily, mama was there. Mama turun dulu tadi. She walked up the stairs cari aku. Siap sempat beli tudung. Hehe.

Sambil tunggu tu, sambil laa discuss-discuss pasal kahwin. I can see they're so excited about it. Hehe. Mama keep on  belek-belek the magazine. Macam aku, dah tak larat sangat dah nak tengok sebab asyik tengok kat Facebook. She doesn't have the source to find it herself. Tu yang aku beli tu. Kesian dia.

When abah arrived, we jumped in the car and headed home. Tak habis lagi cerita. Abah pulak nak singgah Mydin. And I hate Mydin since there will be so many cars double parking there, siap jammed! Aduhh.. 

Finally got home around 10.00pm. Wanted to play a level of Plant vs. Zombies. Tried, kalah. Tried again, kalah. Gave up. I watered my plants in the Zen Garden. Gave my snail some chocolate to keep him energetic to collect plants all night, then I went to bed. Nak call boyfriend pun tak larat.

Yoga: 2nd Class (Yoga Is Sexy!)

I've always loved the way my body talks to me every time I've done my yoga session. It.. really.. talks to me, seriously!

Padmanasana Pose

Had my second yoga session today. I watched what I ate today. Had heavy breakfast in the morning. Bihun goreng, some kuey teow goreng and telur mata. Then, I finished up my coupons (so that I couldn't buy any oily kuih-muih petang nanti) to buy 4 really big bananas (kena bahan sebab beli pisang besar, sengal dorang nih). And I feel wonderful after my yoga session! I just can't explained how wonderful it is. Your body feels fresh, light and.. stretched, of course. :p I really think yoga is for me. Best sangat! Today's session memang buat aku sweat to the max! Says who yoga tak sweat. Sweat tau. Really sweaty. Tapi best. 

And the best part was, some of the asanas that I couldn't do during the first class, tadi aku dah boleh buat! And I did it good! That's why I said my body is talking to me. We're communicating using poses. It's like, my body is telling me, she is getting firmer and flexible now. Kalau tak dulu, keras tak hengat! But still.. I think dancing and then climbing helped me a lot on my flexibility. I can even do the padmanasa today! Siap dapat pujian tau from my yogini. She said, for a beginner, I do most of the asanas nicely. And I hold my posture really straight while doing it. And my body can sustain the pain more than other newbies. And really, I feel sexy doing yoga. Okay, enough of masuk bakul angkat sendiri. Ahaks.

Other than the old asanas, we did learn some new asanas today. Most of it, I didn't remember what the names were. But most of all, I can do it nicely. Yoga really is for me. :) Oh, and we learned how to breathe properly. Love it!

Engagement Update: Merisik!

First day at work after four days of holiday. Best gila.

Empat hari yang paling tak produktif. Langsung tak buat apa-apa. Padahal kerja banyak je. Rumah tak habis kemas lagi. Barang pelamin, bunga hantaran, kain decoration semua tak beli lagi. Patutnya pergi beli this long holiday. Satu haprak pun tak buat. Tak tau kenapa but I was so lazy over the weekend. Satu benda je yang success dalam empat hari ni. Aku dah habis main Plant vs. Zombies. Siap dah start second round. Siap dah beli semua plant kat Zen Garden. Pathetic, I know.

I'm addicted to this game until to the extend I left it on during the night so that my snail could collect coins while I was sleeping. Bangun-bangun je coins dah dekat sepoloh ribu! Hehehe. Lepas tu, boleh beli new upgrades. Tu je laa kerja aku empat hari ni.

I've got all the plants already since I've finished the rounds, kan. :p The game is so colourful and the plants are so cute and the zombies are just.. well, you really wanna kill them! It's genius! So, guys.. sila lah try main.

The Complete Characters (Without the Villains)

Mama was very a bit worried about me for staying in my room the whole day playing game in front of my pc and not going out like the usual. Hahaha.. mama mama.. risau benar. Kalau dalam sehari tu, 3-4 kali dia jengah bilik aku tengok am I still breathing or not :p She suspected ene and I had a fight, so sebab tu aku duduk dalam bilik tak keluar-keluar. Siap tanya, tak boring ke duduk kat rumah je? Kelakar tak ahahaha..

I decided not to call ene ajak keluar sebab I was kinda taking my time out. Too many things happened last week that made me feel so stressed out thinking about this wedding. ene can be really inconsiderate sometimes, that's all I can say. I can really explode kalau ikutkan hati. Oh well, I guess this is one of his negative side I have to learn to love if I was planning to spend my life with him..

The good thing about him is he always realize it whenever I'm upset about that something and he'll come around and will try to talk about it. So, I guess it isn't that bad, huh?

Okay, enough blabbering. Here's the update. Since, we didn't meet up this long cuti, ene called me almost everyday. We talked on the phone alot (See, I told you.. It doesn't look that bad, right?). So, ene told me his mother wanted to come over to discuss things about our wedding with my parents. Takut okeeeeeyyyyy. He asked me to find a suitable date somewhere in March in one of the weekends. Ni kira merisik laa ni, kan?

Okay.. there is so much to do at home. Since they are coming in March, I've like exactly one month to kemas-kemas rumah. Next weekend, I'm planning to order the furniture mama and I went searching for last week. Dinner table set, TV rack dengan rak kasut. Carpet to add in the list.

Engagement Update: Some Changes To Be Made

I've decided on some things today:

1. For the doorgift: I've decided to give out bunga rampai. Masukkan dalam mug, then wrapped them with pink coloured net. - The original idea was to put in cupcakes inside the mugs, then to put the mugs in ready-made pouch. Since cupcakes and ready-made pouch are expensive, mula laa keluar idea baru =p

2. For dais, catering and canopy: I'll be giving the responsibility of the search of pelamin and canopy to abah and mama. Aku nak buat apa pun semua tak cantik. Semua tak kena. Kita tengok je laa taste diorang macam mana. As far as I can see now, it's not what I've always wanted. Lain gila. Taste orang dulu dengan orang sekarang, if you knew what I meant. Tapi takkan nak sebut pulak. Kang kecik hati. Layankan je laa walaupun hati ni bagai dihiris-hiris. For catering, abah wanted to hire Renal and Memey. Hope everthing goes on plan.

3. For hantaran: Will be adding a towel to the list. Tak larat pulak semuanya food manis-manis.

Original Bootcamp: 1st Session (The Introduction)

Muscles cramp. Tired body. Sleepy eyes. Starving tummy. Painful arms.

That's how I feel now. Just got back home from my very first bootcamp session. Semalam dah yoga, today bootcamp pulak. *Mahu kurus sebab nak kahwin punya pasal, so tanggung.*

I didn't know bootcamp will be so cool. Just the first session, we've done 8 types of crunch workout, it feels so good! Tak sangka I'm quite fit. Hehee. I thought I can't never do those. Well, I must be thankful for my running and climbing, I guess. Eventhough the after effects from yoga is quite painful, but I don't really feel the stress to do those crunches. I love it! (Plus, the commander was really cute. :p)

I know, I know, I said it before I didn't wanna go. But then, Yeen made me realized. Orang bayar beratus-ratus kat luar just to get in the bootcamp. Kita yang dapat free je kat sini, tak nak join. Apa laa.. Besides, my preparation to be a slimmer, more beautiful bride in hujung tahun made me changed my mind. So, here I am. Pumping and humping like a mad girl on the AirAsia Academy field.

I'm gonna go again next week, that's for sure. Original Bootcamp, bring it on!

Yoga: 1st Class (The Introduction)

 Today marks my very first day joining Yoga. I've always wanted to join yoga. Tapi ada je yang buat tak jadi. First, it was the fees. Classes out there usually are really expensive. It's like RM70 per month and the classes are only 1 hour per week. It's not that I can't afford it, it's just sounds not worth the money. Second, about the issues going on about Muslims mustn't join yoga and stuff. I feel like I'm obligated to listen to the fatwa since I'm a Muslim. So, now that they have cleared that up, I've no reason not to go.

AirAsia has their own yoga club. I knew it long time ago. But, I didn't care to join because of those reason. Plus, I'm a bit malu and feeling inferior to go alone. They must be good by now practicing yoga everyday.

But this year, I feel it's time for me to put those feelings behind and start doing yoga seriously. Like seriously. Yoga is good for health and flexibility. Flexibility. That's what I'm looking for :p And since, I vowed to be a healthier, a slimmer and a more beautiful me this year, I want to do my exercises more seriously. :)

So, it turned out that a lot my colleagues wanted to join. I was so happy! It won't be just me and Ajis. Wawa, Aimi, and Amy joined us too. And we met Yvonne there hehe.

Not to brag or anything, for the first class, I think I wasn't that bad, you know. I managed to follow almost all of the basic asanas. And I think, after dancing, yoga is my second best thing. :) In fast, I think, I can be that flexible because of my dancing days. And also not to forget, my climbing days. :)

Since, I've put a stop to my dancing and climbing. Other than running, I guess I'm gonna do yoga seriously. Plus, I feel yoga is sexy, don't you think? ;p

Engagement Update: Make-Up Artist (Locked for Tunang!)

Banyaknya update pasal kahwin sejak kebelakangan ni. Hehe.. sabar je laa.. Sorry if this bothers you, readers. :)

Since my tunang date is already locked (19th May 2012 y'all), I've started my adventure of calling (not to mention sms, private messaging, emailing, inbox-ing etc) each and every MUA alive in the world for my big day. Ada yang sombong, ada yang baik, ada yang tak jawab langsung hehe. Oh well, I guess they were already full, or busy, or was caught up with something, or just simply plain tolak rezeki :)

There are some works that really caught my attention. (Others I called just to compare prices). Called up Fitri Sense. Always loved his creations. Been eyeballing on him since we decided to get married. Lama tu. But I couldn't lock with him since I still don't have the date. He needs to know my date to slot me in. Kalau takde date, dia takleh masuk dalam schedule dia. That I understand. So, bila dah ada ni, baru laa boleh nak call. Andd.. Guess what? He's full on that date. :( I don't blame him, though. Aku yang lambat. Nak bertunang bulan May, bulan Februari baru terkedek-kedek cari MUA. Haih.. So.. Off to the next victim. But he gave fairly nice price, though. Only the price is a little different if you lock the date from last year. (Azila got him last year and the price difference is around RM100). Oke, takpe. Takde rezeki.

Oh.. lupa pulak nak cerita, I've got Fitri Sence contact (Zainul) from a dear friend of mine, iLi. Cantik tau mekap dia.. haih.. kenapa la kau full cepat sangat..

Next victim is Kct Rasheed from Pesona Dirimu. Her work is also nice and I can say, Her price is the cheapest. I love her work, and she is on my kiv list.

While browsing through my facebook livefeeds looking for updates of other MUA's page I've been bookmarked before, I came across.. Syikin Kadir! Oh my God.. how on earth I forgot everything about you, Kak Syikin. I'm so so so sorry I left you out.

Kak Syikin is actually a friend of mine who I met while doing a modeling job for her bridal house. There was this Pameran Pengantin 2011 at PICC she participated in and she needed some talents for model her collection. So, Alin, Dayang and I went to help her out.

So, I inbox-ed her and asked whether if she's free on 19th May. She said she is! :D Problem solved. She charged my quite cheap for all three event (takleh bagitau. hehe.. harga kawan-kawan, katanya :p) But I only locked for my engagement only since that's the only date yang aku dah fixed sekarang ni. For nikah and sanding, belakang cerita sebab takde date lagi, kata Kak Syikin ku sayangg.. hehe. Apa-apa pun, harga kawan-kawan di dalam tangan muahaha!

So, I paid the deposit to her so that she could block the date for me. She even updated my slot in her website! How cool is that?
