Of all the session we've been through, I love this one the most. It's still as tough as last week but with a hint of fun. Most of the time we were doing workouts in teams while playing games. It was really fun, I tell you!
Most of the time, we were divided in two big groups. About 15 people per group. The first game was a four lines workout. We had to do four lines of workout and we had to grab the mock rifles and sandbags from our opponent's store and put it in our store. Same goes to the opponent. The team which has more items, wins. And we won! :p
Second workout was to move a sandbag while doing push-up hold. We had to queue while doing push-up hold and move the sandbag below our tummy until the sandbag reach the end. And we won again!
I can't wait to see what's in store for us this week. Hooyaahhh!
