Bestnya kalau dapat join yoga class back-to-back macam hari ni dengan semalam. Rasa badan stretch je. Bangun tidur pun rasa sihat sangat. Seriously yoga really helps me a lot laa.
Siapa cakap exercise slow-slow ni tak mendatangkan hasil? Nampak tau. Peha aku dah terasa firm dia. baru berapa class je. All the stretching and holding tu buat build up muscles and shed off fat. Imagine yo have to do this one pose that requires you to squat and the bend. Hold that for 20 seconds. Then rest for five seconds. Then buat lagi. Tak ke building muscles namanya.
We learned a lot of new moves. Excited sangat bila dapat buat move baru. Rasa satu badan dah jadi flexible.
I just can't wait for the next yoga session (padahal fee bulan Mac pun tak terbayar lagi). ;p
