Killer Kardio

 

 Found this on Facebook. Jum try kot-kot bule shed off any unwanted fat. Used to do this everyday without fail, last two years (Read the keypoint here: LAST TWO YEARS). Masa aku belum kawen. dan belum ada Si Kecik Kerinting :p

Rasa macam nak start balik semua fitness regimes dulu. Tapi rasanya tak semua aku bule buat kot. Manade masa oiii. Swim and run dah confirm-confirm kena tolak tepi. Hanya bule buat acitivity dalam rumah je.

Lari naik turun tangga.
Mop rumah.
Cuci toilet.
Sental dapur.
Cuci kereta.

Bakar kalori jugak kan tu?
